I was a strange little kid with a head full of images
ranging in interests set to learn willingness
changing with every step of development
arranging a sense of everything's relevance
books I'd sketch my pencils down to bits

never really sure how my peace would ever fit

a path to walk through darker days
a trail to find for someone lost

this is an open ended conversation

on walls in galleries and bus stations
this is my hope expressed through exhalation
i'll be looking for its remenants
when i'm old and i've lost all my patience
collective memories
collected when we draw and paint it
intensive energy
injected through the larger matrix
we are the basic element of inspiration
relevent to where we take it
and the way that we exchange it
shift the pattern take some action rearrange it
its just matter moving faster with each day spent
when nothing's left but my last breath
i wanna take it with the depth of all i've lived
